When can i do firelands

Yes, every raid but legion raids are soloable. You one shot everything in there as a paladin. Legion raids are easily soloable. Normal can be soloed on just about any class easily at il and heroic by most about depending on tier. I can solo all of heroic nighthold on this character with zero effort. You can solo Legion raids too. The first fight of Trial of Valor can be tricky because they have to be separated to do damage, but you can just wait for one of them to cast their big spell and kite the other one away so you can get in a big hit, and repeat.
